Bible Studies and Small Groups

First United Methodist Church is committed to fostering an environment for its members in which they can live in the image of God by joining together in unity. There are many bible studies, small groups, supports groups, supper clubs, Sunday school groups, and countless others that you can be a part of, with people who have the same interests as you! The mission of FUMC Bible Studies and Small Groups is to provide members with an opportunity to connect, be cared for, and grow.
Seasonal Bible Studies
- Fall (15-18 offered)
- Advent (3-4 afternoon/evening classes)
- New Year (3 afternoon/evening classes)
- Lent (14-18 classes)
- Summer (1-2)
United Methodist Women Circles (5 small groups to choose from)
Men’s Morning Bible Studies – There are two men’s groups to choose from. These groups are ongoing Bible studies that meet on Tuesday mornings at 7:00 a.m.
Mom’s Connect – This group meets on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. to study scripture, tackle the hard questions when raising children, and act as a community of love and support.
Sunday Women’s Study Group – This is a small group Bible study that meets from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Sundays.
Pastor’s Bible Study – The Senior Pastor’s Bible Study meets seasonally on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
