Disciple I: Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study This is a basic introduction into the Bible from the Creation in the book of Genesis to the New Jerusalem in the book of Revelation. (No pre-requisite)
Disciple III: Remember Who You Are This course studies the Prophets and the Letters of Paul. Themes examined include the call to remember, the call to repentance, the need for renewed vision, and how this all fits into everyday life. (Pre-requisite: DISCIPLE I)
Disciple IV: Under the Tree of Life This course concentrates on the Writings in the Old Testament in addition to the Gospel of John, Epistles of John, and the book of Revelation. This final phase in DISCIPLE has the feeling of living toward fulfillment or completion. (Pre-requisite: DISCIPLE I)
Jesus in the Gospels The title of this course is evident: where else would you find Jesus? Instead of looking for Jesus behind the Gospels, you will look at Jesus in the various ways the Gospels present Him. Each Gospel has its own way of portraying Jesus and expressing His significance. Each Gospel deserves to be heard in its own right. You might call JESUS IN THE GOSPELS a “hearing aid,” carefully designed to help all readers listen more attentively in order to hear each Gospel story’s witness to Jesus. (Pre-requisite: DISCIPLE I)
